The HydroTracer
can be equipped with an optional Bluetooth-interface.
This feature
enables the wireless connection to a pc ore notebook and
can substitute the RS232 interface, which might not be
available anymore.
The Hydrotracer
becomes a stand-alone-device in combination with a PDA
(PocketPC) and the new PDA-software.
The main
advantage is the enhanced mobility of this solution. The
whole equipment fits in a pilot case with a total weight
of less than 5 kg.
E. g. the
inspection of incoming goods or the performance of acceptance
trials becomes easier at any location.
The software
is available in ENglish or German, for other languagues
please enquire.
The operation
of the software on the PDA is similar to that of the standard
pc-program.
The inputs
are performed by two multiple-choice-menus, thus reducing
the text input.
